Ken Eros - Producer/Engineer/Music Licensing

Ken Eros arrived at Zircon Skye Production in June, 2002. He brought with him over 20 years experience as a freelance Producer/Engineer (specializing in world music, techno, electronica, and rock), session musician, stage performer, promotions director, live/studio pro audio consultant and troubleshooting expert. Recent clients include Daniel Ash, Perla Batalla (for whom he is also live technical director and tour manager), Bauhaus, Irene Beddard, The Electric Prunes, Ed Kowalczyk, Malcolm McDowell, Peter Murphy and Izzy Stradlin, as well as GRAMMY® nominated recording artists Red Grammer (2005, Best Musical Album for Children) and Robben Ford (2007, Best Contemporary Blues Album).

His powerful voice and performance experience landed him the lead role in a production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar and led to the forming of the Celtic/world/electronica band Green Man. Ken engineered, produced and mixed both Green Man's self-titled debut album and their follow-up CD "lovedeathbeauty." The band's third album 10:45 is slated for release in Fall of 2008.

Ken developed a college radio campaign for ZSP recording artists The Warm Guns' debut CD "Blown Away." Drawing from his extensive musical, graphic arts and marketing background, and quickly assembled an experienced telephone crew, which targeted 600 radio stations nationwide.

Combined with his team's tireless efforts, Ken's guidance led The Warm Guns' college radio campaign to 270+ stations spinning and 150+ reporting the band in  their weekly Top 20; which resulted in 11 consecutive weeks and a high position of #75 on the national CMJ Top 200 charts for The Warm Guns.
